One or two-door washing machines for large containers

This is a machine designed for washing large containers for stowing and transporting food products. It is custom-made for the size of the container that is being washed, and it can also either be produced in a single-door and double-door version. This keeps the product inlet and outlet areas clearly separated, which minimises contamination.

The machine consists of a washing cabin, which is equipped with a form system for picking up and lifting the container, a rotating washing ring and a second rinsing ring. Inside the cabin, in the lower part, there is a tank filtering, collecting, and heating water.

The loading door of the machine is operated by a pneumatic actuator. The loading station is within an area delimited by special safety guards, which ensures a safe working environment for operators. During this process, a photocell barrier system verifies the absence of an operator passing through during container loading and unloading. Heating is done via. disposable steam (the maximum steam pressure must be 5 bar), which using a special nozzle, brings the water contained inside the tank to the temperature set on the operator panel. The pump has a stainless-steel body along with Impeller and Viton seals and is located on one side of the machine.
