This machine has been designed for the automatic loading of netting and casings onto tubes. It is capable of loading more netting per tube than any other machine presently on the market, because of its compatibility with our market-leading 700mm long tubes, improving the efficiency of operations.

Technical data and layout

Features

  • Manufactured from stainless steel AISI 304 and synthetic materials suitable for the food industry
  • Suitable for loading both net and casings and supplied with clamps for both

  • 01.

    Tube loading

    The process begins with the placement of an empty tube into the net loader. This needs to be properly aligned and securely positioned to ensure consistent and acccurate operation

  • 02.

    Net Threading

    Once the tube is in place, the netting is carefully threaded onto the machine, to ensure smooth and uniform disribution.

  • 03.

    Door Closure

    When the tube and the net are securely in place, the door to the TNAL700 is then closed which prepares the system for automated operation.

  • 04.

    Net Loading

    The machine then automatically loads the net onto the tubes according to the required and set quantity

Total Control Net & Casings

A major development in the market that this machine allows, is the ability to load net, casings and now net & casing combined onto tubes.

Due to both net and casing being loaded onto one tube, the need for an additional outer tube is excluded which eliminates the gap between the net and casing tubes.

By being able to press and load into Total Control Net (TCN) and casings in a single pass from one tube, alongside our TN700 Duo, this system allows for ultimate sliced yield control.
