The Inox Meccanica Moulds Washer is designed for the continuous washing of moulds that can be used in the meat, dairy, and confectionary industries. The fully automatic process ensures the complete cleaning and disinfection of containers. Washers can also be customised depending on the requirements of the plants. 
The mould washing is carried out in two stages: 

  • Washing: The washing process uses hot recirculating water with the addition of a special product which ensures the complete degreasing and removal of dirt off the surface of the moulds. Upon request, the machine can be equipped with a control unit to control and dose the detergent. 
  • Rinsing: uses clean water which has been taken directly under pressure from the plant’s water system and is controlled by a special on-off solenoid valve, so the water is directly discharged. The washing station is also equipped with washing rods that have fixed nozzles. These nozzles are placed on all sides which can be used to hit the moulds from countless angles. The water pressure in this washing station is balanced so the equipment is stationary throughout the washing cycle.

    Washing station


    The nozzles dedicated to washing, are positioned to ensure that the surface of the container, is hit from different angles and for as long as possible.

    Rinse


    The rinse water is recovered inside the tank below and used to perform the initial prewash of equipment

    Detergent dosage

    The dosing system is completely made by Inox Meccanica and managed by a special software made by our specialized technicians

    Self-cleaning filter

    The filter goes into action whenever it detects a pressure difference at the inlet and outlet of the system. The pressure difference and thus the desired degree of cleanliness can be set by touch screen
