Tunnel washing machines for large equipment

Inox Meccanica has specifically designed this machine for washing large equipment such as trolleys, frames, tables, cages and more.

The trolley washer can be designed with one or two doors – this allows for the dirty equipment to be separated safely from the freshly cleaned equipment which prevents contamination. The dimensions and specifications of the machine can vary on the equipment to be washed and the premises where the machine is installed.

Other general characteristics include: 

  • One-door or two-door construction 
  • The washing water can either be heated with steam or water that is heated by a heat exchanger at 80°C 
  • The modular panels are made from Stainless-Steel AISI 304 and can also have thermal insulation 
  • The equipment can be moved through the washer either automatically or manually – by means of moving platforms, belts, or catenaries 
  • This machine has perfect acoustic insulation 
  • It is designed and built to maximise the cleaning result with minimum use of electricity and water consumption - therefore making it an incredibly economical machine

    Washing Station


    The station is equipped with a ring, which is fitted with movable washing rods, with straight jet nozzles arranged

    Rinse


    Inside the cabin, there is an independent rinse ring, which is useful for the elimination of residual wash water left on the product

    Dosing detergent


    The dosing system is fully made by Inox Meccanica and manager by a special software developed by our technicians

    Self cleaning filter

    The filter springs into action whenever it detects a pressure difference at the inlet and outlet of the system. The pressure difference and thus the desired degree of cleanliness can be set by touch screen
