Pressing & forming system

This machine is designed to insert hams, sausages and other products to be formed into grids fitted with stainless steel springs precisely, and with minimal specialised effort from the operator.

The difference between this system and others on the market is the insertion into the grid without exerting any tension on the springs. This feature means that the springs will keep their integrity for longer, making it a more durable system.

The structure of the machine is made of Stainless-Steel and other materials which have been certified to be safe for food items. The machine also fully complies with the European Machinery Directive on safety, noise, and hygiene.

Thanks to the grid pressing system, the curing time can be naturally accelerated which results in a well-formed product at the end of the cycle. Similarly for cooked products, the meshes maintain constant pressure which ensures optimal shaping by eliminating the possibility of holes and cracks.

The meshes do not create a barrier to air circulation during curing and do not slow down the passage of heat during cooking. Inox Meccanica’s forming meshes improve slicing performance.
