These are semi-automatic clipping machines with a casing stretching clamp. By using an aluminium clip, this machine can clip closed processed meat products. The special casing clamp enables mechanical traction of the casing, which eliminates the remaining air in the product and gives it it’s shape. Whilst perfectly clipping the processed meat, the clamp also allows for all the casing to be used which increases the operational economy.
