Drying and seasoning cabinet for meat and sausages/hams
Inox Meccanica’s seasoning cabinet has been designed and build as support for the small production of sausages, the dry aging of refined cuts of beef or as an essential tool in every laboratory and testing room for the large-scale industry.
This seasoning cabinet model allows the regulation of different seasoning phases depending on the type of drying and product to be seasoned.
The cabinet – which can be equipped with full stainless-steel or glass doors – can be provided with 1 or 2 doors which have a capacity of 50-70kg and 100-120kg respectively.
