Drying and seasoning cabinet for meat and sausages/hams

Inox Meccanica’s seasoning cabinet has been designed and build as support for the small production of sausages, the dry aging of refined cuts of beef or as an essential tool in every laboratory and testing room for the large-scale industry.

This seasoning cabinet model allows the regulation of different seasoning phases depending on the type of drying and product to be seasoned.

The cabinet – which can be equipped with full stainless-steel or glass doors – can be provided with 1 or 2 doors which have a capacity of 50-70kg and 100-120kg respectively.

Technical Specifications

    • Temperatures can range from 0°C up to 26°C while the conrol of relative humidity can range from 40-95%
    • The structure is entirely made of stainless steel AISI 304
    • All the internal parts are rounded and do not present any sharp corners
    • The removable internal dripping tank is entirely made of stainless steel
    • Isolation with polyurethane foam and ecologic water
    • Ventilated refrigeration system
    • Ecologic refrigerant gas R404A
    • Removable racks
    • Internal lighting with LED lamps
    • Trays for the condensation's collection are removable
    • The seasoning cabinet is supplied with wheels or with height-adjustable stainless steel support legs (depending on request)
    • The Inox Meccanica seasoning cabinet can also be equipped with a germicidal U.V. lamp
