Machine for the automatic netting and clipping of products to be cured

The IR 115 LE is an automatic packaging machine that can pack products such as salami, coppa etc. in netting.

The standard system can pack sausages in elastic and non-elastic net, with a minimum diameter of 70mm to a maximum of 170mm. It can also pack sausages up to a length of 1200mm.

Furthermore, using this machine it will be possible to pack different types of products in net with custom-made systems:

  •        Based on the diameter of the product there is different equipment that can be placed on the machine. This equipment is easy to insert and replace.
  •        The product can also be packed into synthetic casings.

Phases of the cycle

  • The salumi can be inserted into the machine either automatically using a conveyor belt, or manually by the operator.
  • A sensor pinpoints the product at the beginning of the cycle and follows it through the process:

  1. Packaging in net
  2. The clipping of each parts with the addition, upon request, of a hanging loop
  3. The cutting of the net
  4. The ejection of the product

Net loader machines

The system is equipped with a special system that allows the automatic change of the mesh tube.

The net must be pre-loaded on the appropriate tube using the loading machine.

PLC

The operation of the electro-pnuematic system is managed by a PLC (Programmable Logic Controller), which not only controls each operating sequence, but also synchronises the product feed and the change of the carrier tube.

Touch screen display

Using a special touch screen display, it is possible to view and vary all parameters of the work cycle.

Stick loader compatability

The IRR115 machine can be completed with an automatic stick loader.

    Our IR 115 is available in two other versions.

    The IR 115 PICNIC, for net or stocking of a shoulders for cooking, and the IR 115 HAMS for net or stocking of whole bone-in hams for cooking.
