Details

Manual loading

The manual loading mode has been significantly improved and made safer and more ergonomic. The pusher-mold-press set is no longer part of the machine’s mobile module.

The start buttons (Bi-manual) are now located under the table top.

Automatic Loading Belt

On the opposite side of the manual loading station, it is possible to use the new loading conveyor belt, which allows automatic placement of the product to be stuffed inside the mould, greatly speeding up the stuffing cycle and leaving the operator with the sole task of placing the product on the belt.

With this, pauses and downtime are drastically reduced. Other benefits of this attachment include ease of positioning, quick attachment, and it is simple to wash.

Automatic Tube Changer

The PIC 99 BCE having an automatic tube changing system allows casing and/or net tube changing systems to be made faster and automatic with no need to stop the production cycle. This does not compromise safety, however, as protective photocell barriers make the system completely safe.

It increases productivity and reduces time, as the operator does not have to constantly track the consumption of net and casing and the tube change can take place at different times.

Moulds

Automatic stuffing machines are available with 800mm and 1100mm moulds that allow production of bars over 1 meter in length.

Machines with 1100mm mould have two Ø 160mm press cylinders.

Clipping Head

A new clipping head (which has been designed and developed by Inox Meccanica) along with a new clips closure adjustment system have been designed and implemented. These features make the PIC 99 easier to set and adjust with an easy one-knob numerical reference.

Adjustable Electric Pusher

The electric pusher, which has an adjustable stroke and brushless motor, allows adjustment of the stuffing speed which can vary depending on the position of the product being stuffed. This feature creates greater efficiency and significantly improves the final quality of the stuffed product. To ensure that the machine also has a hygienic design, protective covers provide complete access to the pusher, which facilitates cleaning and maintenance operations.
