The racks that Inox Meccanica provide have movable shelves and are designed to press cold-cuts such as bacon, salami etc.
The pressing levels are made of stainless steel electro-welded plate and have a 40 x 20mm mesh which facilitates the maximum air circulation between products during drying.
The pressure on the meat is exerted using a manual hydraulic lifter to be positioned at the base of the trolley. The structure (which is made entirely of AISI 304 Stainless-Steel) consists of 9 vertically moving shelves. In the rest position, the gap available for loading the product is approximately 115mm, while the minimum pressing that can be achieved is approximately 30mm.
The dimensions of each shelf are approximately 800 x 1000mm. The span of the bottom compartment for the insertion of the hydraulic lift is 240mm; two levels of adequate thickness will be positioned at the bottom to accommodate the actuator.
