This machine is designed for the automatic loading on tubes of standard or elastic net, stocking net, synthetic casing, and tubular plastic casing.
There are also accessories and devices which are available to facilitate loading onto fragile casing tubes (such as collagen casings). A casing soaking tank can also be supplied with the loader. The tank has a system that keeps the temperature of the water steady and an automatic pulling and feed system. The loading of the casings takes place on stainless steel tubes with diameters from 60mm up to 180mm.
This machine is part of a new and advanced range that enables the set-up of different programs. Because of these programs, it is possible to skip from a casing-type dimension to a different one by selecting another program. Once the cycle has started, the machine automatically executes the tube loading as per the selected program quantity.
