This is a stainless-steel tank with a maximum capacity of approximately 100kg, in a good shape to allow a complete mixing of the product.The hopper is easily removable for cleaning and washing with a special seal on the transmission shaft to avoid product leakage from the mixing tank to the space where the transmission is housed.
This machine boasts a stainless-steel loading door with a transparent polycarbonate see-through window which is complete with a safety sensor. It can also be motorised with stainless-steel support and has an electrical system centralised in a stainless-steel watertight panel board to ensure maximum safety whilst operating.
The tank support is made of stainless-steel tubolar and is complete with two slewing wheels with a brake so the machine can easily be moved alongside a stainless-steel gate for unloading the product after mixing. The maximum height for product unloading is 1000mm.
The machine is constructed mainly with AISI 304 Stainless-Steel and other antioxidant materials. This machine along with all the others are in accordance with and conform to the European Machine Directive of safety, noise, and hygiene.
